ABOUT THE EXPERIENCE: Urban Solace, your Cafe for the Soul has from its inception in 1997 has been bringing to the city of Bangalore a range of special experiences that showcase the skills, talents and accomplishments of Women in Bangalore. This year Urban Solace brings to Bangalore a range of special experiences that is at the cutting edge of creative consciousness of Women in Bangalore. "Women as Accomplishment" is a series of talks by accomplished women in their chose area of specialization, experiencing success and fulfillment in life at the highest level of their game besides managing their roles as mothers, daughters and the family. While the talks are designed around the framework of unplugged sharing of their journey maneuvering through the maze of life and ending with a question and answer time.

ABOUT THE SPEAKER: LISA COLASO Lisa Colaso Govias’ career, like her life, has been an amazing journey of experiences. However, what has been constant is that she’s always been in the pursuit of one thing – the best version of herself. That quest has led her to embrace various roles during her professional career which leveraged her strengths and added to her skills. Lisa exemplifies proficiency in Life Coaching and transformational change. She is a certified Akashic Reader & Healer, a Life Coach. She has studied Basic Counselling, Hypnotherapy, is an NLP certified Practitioner, Reiki healer, Mindfulness and EFT coach. She has done a host of courses deepening her expertise in this area. She is now an active life coach and helps people find their potential to live their best lives and achieve their goals.
