Conosh is a hyper-local service which allows you to eat delicious food whether it's eating at home or at a restaurant with like - minded people. The goodness of home cooked food and great company. Conosh helps instill a sense of community living, make friends for life, and create unforgettable memories all over shared meals and incredible food.

Post Covid, Conosh has moved into online experiences and food deliveries. Keeping in mind anything and everything around food via home chefs, chefs, people who have a  passion for food :)

On August 22th (Saturday), Conosh is bringing in an amazing workshop with none other than Sarah Todd, Chef, Restaurateur, MasterChef Australia, TV Host, cookbook author. 

About the session:
In this fun session you will interact with Sarah and learn some fusion recipes that will make your High Tea exotic. 
- Baked carrot, tofu aioli, perilla seeds, piccalilli pickle, chickpea khakhara
- Spiced tiramisu, homemade savoiardi biscuits

About Sarah Todd:

At the tender age of 18, Sarah was discovered as a model, moved to Sydney and then spent most of her career travelling the world and working for a number of high-end fashion labels. It was during these travels that Sarah discovered a love for food culture she had never known. Sarah is classically trained in French cookery from Le Cordon Bleu and has gained experience alongside Michelin star chef. Sarah has published a cookbook called The Healthy Model Cookbook which focusses on fresh seasonal produce cooked simply and packed with fantastic ways to inject flavour into dishes. After appearing in MasterChef Australia, Sarah took on one of her dream ventures, a casual fine dining restaurant and beach club on the stunning shores of Small Vagator Beach, Goa. After the huge success of her first venture, Sarah opened The Wine Rack in Lower Parel Mumbai. Sarah has filmed six television series including My Restaurant in India, a 6-part series showing her journey from model to mum to MasterChef contestant to author to restaurant owner.
