Event Description

As we slowly wind down 2022, give your body a chance to let go of the stressors of the year. Step into the new year with rejuvenated energy by following a simple asana flow that focuses on physical breath and letting go in a 45 minute Hatha yoga session with Shaily Garg-Desai The session is followed by a 40 minute sound healing meditation with Suganya Lakshmi that focuses on relaxing and refocusing your mind to let go of of the stressors of the year and setting an intention for the new year. This is a light session and is suitable for everyone including beginners and those who have never practiced yoga. Meet at Lahe Lahe, Indiranagar on 19th November' 22 at 4:00 pm.
