Yoga with Aparna Rao – Online-live session

In the hustle and bustle of everyday life, we tend to forget about our health. All of us need some sort of distraction and outburst to keep ourselves calm and balanced. Learn Yoga in a holistic, traditional and fun way! at your own pace.

Free trial class (13th April, 2020) tomorrow at 6:45 pm.

Materials required – Yoga Mat (Optional)

Days: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays
Time: 6:15 pm to 7:00 pm
Fee: Rs 1800 + Taxes per person (for 10 classes)
Rs 1000 + Taxes per person (for 5 classes)
