If you are looking for a warm bowl of soupy noodles, Fatty Bao usually is the place that has the best ramen. The ramen is the food for all the senses. It’s flavourful and feels healthy. It’s from the Japanese and they seem like a healthy lot. Physically at least.
At Fatty Bao, Chef Prashanth Puttaswamy makes a variation of these noodles from across Asia. There is the Mee Bakso from Asia, Taipei Oyster Noodles from Korea, Chinese Chicken Mixian, and a Thai Khao Soi Noodles.
A vegetarian ramen is priced at Rs 395 plus taxes and Rs 425 plus taxes for the non-vegetarian.
The ramen fest continues through the monsoons till 20 July, 2018.
