Well what Khushali Vadhar really means is that there is no one cuisine that can be named a favourite. Like most things, her favourite cuisine also adapts over time and changes on a monthly (ish) basis. Speaking of adapting, Khushali has just returned to Bangalore from Leeds and is adapting to life as a young entrepreneur.
Sriracha in UB City and Yauatcha. I had the dumplings in both places and Thai Curry.
I don’t really have a favourite. It changes month on month. Even my taste in cuisines change. Right now I like Thai.
But desserts are my all time favourite. I love a sizzling brownie with ice cream and hot chocolate sauce.
I’m a vegetarian so I guess meat (Haha.) I like most things so can’t think of anything.
