Pradeep Dubey is a vegetarian whose favourite dish is chicken. Go Figure. In conversation with Explocity, Pradeep talks to us about the few places he has visited in Bangalore. Being from Dubai, his heart (and stomach) still belong there.

Are you a foodie?

Not much. I’m a vegetarian now. I was non-vegetarian, not anymore.

What’s your favourite cuisine?

Indian. Especially any Paneer dish.

What’s the last place that you went to in Bangalore that you really enjoyed? What did you eat there that stood out?

Nandini’s in Dollars Colony. I had the meals there.

What’s your favourite dish of all time and where did you eat it?

Curd with chicken. My wife who lives in Bombay makes it.

What is your least favourite dish?

I don’t eat mutton.

If you have to recommend a place to our readers what will it be?

Koshy’s. And more than that Chilli’s in Dubai. I spent all my life in Dubai.
