The buffet goes beyond the patriotism the day brings with the inclusion of Continental street food too. The Indian side of the buffet has Dalma, Kasundi Maach, Methi Palak Chi Wasi, Sukka Mutton Che Kalwan, Pawtyachi Usal, Gosht Gulistan, Badshai-e-Parenday, Nati Koli Saaru, and Sannas, all at the live counters.
