Sanchez is going to unveil a new logo (on account of the new name, Sanchez Restaurante and Cantina) as well as a new menu. Apparently, Sanchez means son of Sancho’s.

The new menu at the restaurant will feature Mexican as well as Tex Mex dishes. The menu is created by Chef Vikas Seth. Some of the dishes are Guacamole made fresh at the table, Ceviche, Homemade Mexican Chorizo Tamale, Burrito Bowls, Ajillo Smokey Chipotle Chicken, Zucchini, Corn Jalapeno Baked Potato skins, Churros and Tres Leches. Muchos bueno, ninos. Happily, the new American wall will probably not extend to UB City.
