Shipra Bhargava is a Chaat foodie. She loves Indian food, especially chaat. In conversation with Explocity, she talks about all the street food she likes. In Bangalore it is Kota Kachori and of course, no foodie doesn’t add Delhi’s famous street food to their list.

I’m a medium foodie.

What’s your favourite cuisine?

Indian. Chaat actually.

What’s the last place that you went to in Bangalore that you really enjoyed? What did you eat there that stood out?

Kota Kachori in Koramangala for Chaat and Hole in the Wall. Kota Kachori has a really nice Dal Kachori. At Hole in the Wall I really liked a lemon drink that I had with my burger.

What’s your favourite dish of all time and where did you eat it?

Parathas in Paranthe Wali Galli in Delhi.

What is your least favourite dish?

I’m not very kicked about Chinese food.
