What is a Kashmiri Wazwan you ask? The Kashmiri food festival at Aloft Bengaluru Cessna Business Park tries to shed some light. A Wazwan is considered the art and pride of a Kashmiri. The meal comprises some 36 dishes that are served in a large copper plate for guests of four to share.

At Aloft the Wazwan will be served in a buffet style at Nook. The menu is prepared by Executive Chef Sandeep Kumar tells us about his experience working on the menu. He says “We have been working with a team of dedicated Kashmiri chefs from the valley, and every dish has been authentically prepared in every stage – from raw ingredients to seasoning.”

This is seen in some of the dishes like Dum Olav, Goshtaba, Kashmiri Saag, Noon Chai and more.

The buffet is available for lunch and dinner and is priced at Rs 1199 per person.
