Yauatcha is back with an exclusive menu showcasing the Art of Dim Sum. This limited edition menu is crafted by Chef Wang Yixuan where he retains the intricacy of dim sum making that has kept chefs improving this skill over thousands of years.
The menu has the Art of Dim Sum platter which includes steamed Chicken and Water Chestnut Dumpling, Vegetarian Olive Crystal Dumpling, Crispy Prawn Dumpling and Roasted Duck Pumpkin Puff. This is served with either a pot of Chinese tea or beer for Rs 1488 plus taxes for two.
There is also an ala carte menu with Yauatcha’s popular Dim Sums like Spicy Har Gau and Crispy Prawn Cheung Fun.
