I prefer European food but ready to try any food which has "soul & thought " in it. The gros-oozy & monstrous quantities of food is not for me.

Very difficult question...but right now it is "Strangolapreti". These are Ricotta & Spinach nochis. It seems some priest ate so many that he choked on them in Italy. Hence the name. Our friend Ingrid on Lake Garda should win a nobel for this.
