Chef Mrinmoy Acharya is the Culinary Head at Ciclo Cafe. In conversation with Explocity, Chef reveals that he had no interest in being a chef, that is, until he encountered his mentor who moulded him into a die-hard chef who won’t ever take the easy way out with processed foods.

Accidentally. I was looking for a job in service but was a offered a position in the kitchen which I actually hated. But luckily landed up with a great chef who mentored me.
That’s like me telling you my age. Let’s see. I have been in the kitchen for 20-odd years.
Creating all the way. Sourcing ingredients is the key to it.
