Sanjay Biswakarma takes you through three variations of dim sums to give you a primer on the food. Some of these are Water Chestnut and Asparagus Dumpling, Chicken and Shiitake Shao Mai, Steamed Prawn and Celery Dumpling and Lamb and Mandarin Bee Hun.

The meal also comprises entrees like Mapo Tofu with Chilly Bean, Chilli Flakes, Black Bean and Minced Chicken. For dessert there is Sticky Date Cake with Tender Coconut Ice Cream and Himalayan Honey Caramel Sauce and Toffee Walnut.
