Glocal Long Island Iced Tea Festival

The Glocal Long Island Iced Tea Festival has a focus on the flavours of Asia this month. The restaurant calls their version of the LIIT, GLIT that are served in big sized test tubes.

The GLIT festival will have LIITs made with rambutan, hibiscus, nannari and more South East Asian fresh fruits. These are mixed with Tennesee’s Jack and Scotland’s Charcoal Distilled Whisky.
