Visit mixologist Keegan Smith at Sheraton Grand Bangalore Hotel at Brigade Gateway and ask him to make you a Mohan 88. That’s his cocktail rendition of the city. A little rum, a little chilli and a little mango juice. In conversation with Explocity, Smith talks of his mixology rules.

I have been a mixologist for over 16 years now.
The Daiquiri - prepared with Bacardi Rum with Lime Juice and Sugar.
My favourite and trusted laws of mixology are: 1. Do not limit yourself, 2. Always do it properly and 3. Give the guest what they want
Anything that I create becomes my favourite drink. I like to savour wine these days.
The Mohan 88 – prepared with Old Monk Rum, Mango Juice, Fresh Chilies, Cinnamon and Demerara Sugar.
I arrived here on 14 January 2018.
I find the people to be very hospitable it’s so very humbling to be here.
