Pan Asian restaurant High Ultra Lounge put Korea in the spotlight this season with a Korean Food Festival. The cuisine is largely rice, vegetables and meat and many dishes resemble Indian cuisine by dint of the spiciness. This can make the cuisine quite appealing for Indians to try.
Executive Chef of the restaurant, Chef Myo has created the menu with a focus on vegetarian dishes as much as non vegetarian in his menu. Some of the dishes include Korean Style Tenderloin Skewer, Vegetable Skewer with Spicy Kimchi Tamarind sauce, Stir Fried Chicken with Sriracha Pepper Sauce, Stir Fried Pork Loin, Vegetables with Kimchi Oyster Sauce and more.
There are desserts like Melon Ball with cream, coconut ice-cream and crushed pistachio on the menu.
The festival starts on 28 May and continues to 10 June, 2017. The menu is available from 5:30pm onwards.
Average price for two is Rs 2500 including taxes.
