The Sri Lankan food fest at Sheraton Grand will showcase the authentic tastes of the island nation through the eyes of Sri Lankan chefs, Chef Ramesh and Chef Keerthisena.
While Chef Ramesh brings signature dishes like Gotulula Sambol, Sweet and Sour Fish Curry and String Hoppers, Chef Keerthisena brings Bangalore unique Sri Lankan desserts.
Sri Lankan cuisine is worth trying because while there are many flavours similar to South Indian cooking, there are a few Dutch influences that distinguish the cuisine. But hey, it’s spicy food, so that is draw enough.
The menu is on offer for dinner starting 6:30pm to 11:30pm, till 30 September, 2018. Priced at Rs 1900 plus taxes per person.
