The menu may not have any traditional Easter dishes but it’s a summery menu to enjoy by the pool. There are salads, burgers, grilled artichokes, Pancetta Wrapped Oysters, Bell Pepper Shooter, Barramundi with Lobster Butter Sauce, Spinach and Walnut Cannelloni, Summer Berry Pavlova and more.

The beverage and the beats are unlimited.
