Ranjeeta Raam grew up in a small town in Kerala, India, wishing that characters from her favourite books would step off the pages and become her friends. As an adult, she worked in different areas of writing, quitting her last job as a scriptwriter to become a full-time novelist. Ranjeeta loves novels in verse and believes in the economy of words to tell a powerful story.
