As a thank you for an incredible Christmas Season 2025, Bulbul Ki Bakery begins soaking fruits a year ahead.

Our fruits are soaked in alcohol a full year in advance to build depth of flavour. Last season we baked over 100kg of Christmas cakes.

With Gratitude and excitement for an even bigger season next year - we invite you to our Christmas cake fruit mixing event at Atta Galatta on the 10th of January at 3:30 PM followed by Hi-Tea
