Event Description
"Introspection of Colours" a painting exhibition by Salmin Sheriff explores social, political, patriarchy and gender issues.
Being a playwright storytelling has been his credo and he likes to paint stories in a frame. Stories of people he knows, or has encountered and also current socio political events. His colour use is vibrant in order to bring hope and excitement to his stories. Sheriff uses oil paints as his medium because it lends to him being able to evolve and change his paintings as he goes along.
The exhibition is at Bangalore International Centre till 23rd October, 2021 from 10:30 to 8pm.
