Lores, Legends and Lullabies is an immersive workshop for adults where the lore meets love and hope. The workshop will introduce the participants to the powerful folklore lullaby through stories, group and individual activities that include immersive reflective experiences and a step-by-step process to creating one's own lullaby.
Participants will be required to carry a notebook and a pen/ pencil to take notes and pen down their thought process.
This workshop is a result of Lavanya`s deep interest in lullabies that she heard as a child from her father and later researched more as a storyteller.
Testimonials from earlier participants :
" Lavanya's Lullaby workshop stole my heart. This short workshop leaves you longing for more. The historical lullaby overview, engaging and interactive parts and well-paced workshop leave everyone with a feeling of nostalgia for the old and hope for the future. She created an intimate safe space where I was delighted by multiple lullabies from all participants. However, what struck me was how masterfully she condensed her knowledge into an easily absorbable, byte-sized capsule. A perfect way to end the day." - Krupa.
" Lavanya's Lullaby workshop is refreshing, relaxing and an invitation to surprise oneself. Hoping to collect more to the list I started in the session".
" Attending Lavanya's workshop was a cathartic experience for me".
