Christmas at The Sheraton Grand Hotel at Brigade Gateway takes the form of a Carnival Brunch. It happens between 12.30 to 4.30 pm on Sunday, 17 December and costs INR 2700 with Alcohol (INR 2100, without it.)
The menu includes grilled cottage cheese steaks with ratatouille of vegetables and cherry tomato sauce, Corn and pepper chimmichanga with tomato salsa, pineapple salsa and sour creams , Braised baby carrot and fennel in orange emulsion , Tenderloin Briziola (we presume this is “briciola” - from the Italian for “crumb”) with lemony mashed potato and buttered Brussel sprout, marinated grilled chicken breasts with buttered greens and Seafood stuffed calamari with livornaise (which is a sort of mayonnaise for anchovy lovers).
