This is a lovely variation in case your mother doesn’t like to eat eggs directly.

A fruit infused soda. As fruits are high in carbohydrates and sugars, and juices are a no-no, keto or no keto, cutting up a cup of your favorite or in season fruit and pouring club soda over it and refrigerating it for a day provides all the goodness without adding to the carb content.
