The Lalit Ashok will host the India International Coffee Festival from January 21 to 25. Organised by the India Coffee Trust with the support of the Coffee Board of India, the five-day conference will include retailers, latest trends in technology, products, manufacturers, distributors and experts.
For the common coffee addict, the festival will house a vast range of coffees, roasters and baristas, apart from tips from specialists on brewing. A quiz which attracted over a lakh entries from all over India will have the six finalists competing for top honours.
Last held in Bangalore four years ago, the festival will also touch upon statistical aspects such as per capita consumption per person, country and region.
