India’s culture is so diverse that it spoils us with a variety of cuisines. Biryani is one such delicacy that is cooked in different styles from north to south. Soul at Svenska Design Hotel is celebrating this diversity with a Biryani Food Festival. Guests can get a taste biryani from Lucknow (Awadh), Kozhikode, Thallapakati and Hyderabad. These will be served with baigan ka salan, raita, papad and pickle on the side. The festival will take place till October 31. Vegetarian is priced at Rs 299 whereas non-vegetarian is Rs 399. For unlimited drinks, the price is Rs 599.
