Singkong celebrates the year of the Sheep this Chinese New Year. Chef Vikas Seth has crafted an exclusive dim sum menu to celebrate the festivities. Shrimp and Gari dimsums, Forest Miz Mushroom Purple dimsums and Chili Pepper Prawns are the specials.
