Dragon Boat Festival @ Memories of China

Chef Selvaraju along with Chef Lai Hin Tong William and their team are drawing inspiration from the frolic dragon boats and the timeless Chinese culture for the Dragon Boat festival. Diners can indulge in an especially curated menu consisting of traditional festive Chinese dishes like the delectable Zongzi Dumplings (sticky rice dumplings filled with different fillings like bean sweetened paste, dates, pork, vegetables, egg yolk and long beans, and wrapped in bamboo, reed, or other large flat leaves); Exquisite Fried Lotus Root, Sautéed Lobster with Egg White (scrumptious lobster with a creamy egg white base); Dice Tenderloin with Yakuniku Sauce and a Twist of Mint; Braised Eggplant with Szechuan Chili Sauce in Clay Pot, Roast Peking Duck with an array of delicacies to entice the sweet tooth including: Alphonso Tiramisu, Coffee Bean Chocolate Coins; Date Pancake with Ice Cream and much more.
