Trdelník (learn the pronunciation here, we can’t teach you that) is a sweet pastry made from rolled dough. The dough is rolled and wrapped around a stick and then grilled. Walnut mix and sugar are sprinkled on it for flavour.
Trdelnik is a Central European dessert that has now become a tourist favourite in Austria, Hungary, Slovakia and Czech Republic. In Prague the Trdelnik is being modernised and topped with ice cream, sauces, fruit and other fillings.
