Bánh mì

Technically this is the Vietnamese name for all kinds of bread but globally Banh Mis are meat filled baguette shaped sandwiches. But unlike the traditional French baguette, the Vietnamese baguette is made with rice flour along with wheat flour. Fillings are spicy like pork belly or Vietnamese sausage, accompanied by shredded radish, cilantro etc.
