The Sunday brunch at ITC Gardenia gets more colourful this weekend as we all celebrate Holi, the festival of colours to welcome spring.
In keeping with the spirit of frolic, DJ Husain will make the revellers groove to popular Bollywood numbers. To carry the celebrations further the chefs of Gardenia have whipped up a host of live counters that promise to be a feast for the senses.
The festivities can begin with cool, refreshing thandais, there is a choice of kesar-pista or almond. Piping hot jalebis and soft dahi-bhallas from the halwai counter are a perfect way to indulge the sweet tooth.
Guests who want a little bit of a punch in their merry-making can enjoy icy vodka-golas. Even the innocent paani puri gets a gourmet twist with the chef’s special Vodka paani-puri.
Apart from the special Holi treats, brunch also includes an expansive spread of signature dishes from Cubbon Pavilion, Lotus Pavilion, Edo and K&K.
