Where do you like to go out to eat?
I’m quite the homebird. But when I go with coworkers to lunch, we got to Shezan. We all just love Chinese food.

What is your favourite food?
Any manchurian, especially fish. Any fish dish actually.

One food you will never eat.
Pork! Especially anywhere outside. I’m always weary of how it’s prepared.

What is your ethnicity and where do you to eat ethnic food?
I am born and brought up in Bangalore so I’m Bangalorean from that sense. Originally I am from Kerala. The food at Mohanlal’s (in Kumarapark, Harbour Market) is good. I actually like the food at any military hotel, these are like the toddy shops in Kerala. The food in these military hotels is better than any restaurant.

Spice or not? If yes, name a dish.
Of course spicy! Every Keralite loves spicy food. I love a good, spicy Kerala pepper beef. It should be really hot and it tastes so good with Kerala parota. Though now, we are trying to eat healthy and avoid maida so no Kerala parota for me.

Favourite breakfast dish.
Appam and stew. Especially my mom’s is something to die for.

What dish do you like to cook?
I love to cook a fish curry. But not just any fish. My favourite is a sting ray fish curry with roasted coconut.
