Pick one of the best meals you’ve ever eaten.
One of the best meals I’ve ever had was a Korean meal at Hae Kum Gang. It had rice, which is always welcome. The flavours were new, there were lots of little side dishes, the broth was flavourful and there was an inordinate amount of meat. Plus, they made it spicy and I'm a stereotypical Indian chilli lover.

What is the most sinful dish you've had?
I haven't thought about it in ages, but one of the best things I have ever eaten was Lemon Creme Brûlée with Blueberry Compote or was it Cheesecake? I'm not sure, but it was sweet and sour, crunchy and creamy, warm and cold. I seem to have forgotten the details of what the dish actually was, but I remember loving it.

What's your favorite cuisine?
I don't have a favourite because I love eating so much that I can’t commit to one cuisine. Bit like Casanova, but with food.

You’re into cooking and shopping right?
All of it. I love shopping for pointless groceries and taking them home to experiment with. I like recreating old recipes and making up new ones. But most of all, I love when something turns out brilliantly and I can go around making it for my family and friends, arranging dinner parties to secretly ply them with all my experiments.

Which is your fav Bangalore restaurant?
Plan B, for pub food. But when I want to concentrate on really eating, Meghana Biryani or Anjappar. Also, Rice Bowl, for old school Indo Chinese.
