The Chefs at ITC feel that American cuisine is the most adventurous and is a potpourri of so many other cultures, “A nation of colonists, native inhabitants and immigrants, the cuisine echoes the country’s genesis,” a representative told Explocity.

The menu showcases some favourite recipes from the US, all time classics like Hot Dogs, Burgers, Spaghetti & Meatballs all paired with some American cocktails and good whiskeys. There is even a hint of Indian flavours in dishes like Grilled Chicken. The main course options include many of our traditional recipes as well. Desserts have an array of cakes as well as Indian sweets.
