Jamavar’s menu gets a make over

The Leela Palace Bangalore has announced the launch of a new menu at its signature Indian fine dining restaurant – Jamavar. Corporate Indian chef, Farman Ali and corporate south Indian Chef Purshottam have carefully crafted the menu. It will now feature an interesting mélange of both south Indian and north Indian specialties, including palak benazeer, spinach and corn kernel patties served with roasted tomato chutney, meen varuval, crispy fried chettinad style silver pomfret fillets, Malabar fried prawn, wok-fried spicy prawn with onion and chilli, murgh chandni, boneless chicken marinated with cheese, cream, green chilli and scented with cardamom, and many more

In addition to the new dishes, Jamavar’s new menu will also feature it’s acclaimed dishes, including the dal jamavar, slow simmered black lentils with tomato, butter & cream, tandoor ke phool, broccoli and cauliflower florets marinated with yoghurt, cream, cheese and spices, sunehri jheenga, tiger prawn marinated with yoghurt, hint of saffron amongst other popular favourites.
