The Market brings you a surprise package from Malaysia, Guest Chef Raymond Siek who is a master in Malay cuisine. He will cook up some traditional recipes here that reflect the strong, spicy, aromatic nature of Malaysian cuisine and showcases how it is a perfect confluence of the different cultures which have influenced it - Malay, Chinese and Indian.
The menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner is set with Nasi Lemak, Mee Mamak Sayur Sayuran, Ayam Percik, Rendang Ayam, Minangkabau and many more such delicacies.
