ITC Gardenia, in their inimitable style, heralds the onset of spring with a food festival that jubiliates the beauty of spring and the bountiful nature. The Mediterranean festival at Cubbon Pavilion showcases the finest food from around the Med coast.
Patrons can celebrate over a Mezze Platter that includes premium olives, hummus, fattoush and tabouleh. Guests can even savour some delectable grilled meat and seafood at the Spanish tapas counter. Or maybe get a taste of Italy with a range of pastas and fresh crunchy salads.
There is also an extensive display of different bread starting from baguettes to lavash to focaccia to spiced bread sticks.
The hearty, indulgent meals include Greek souvlaki and Moroccan tagine.
The Mediterranean Food Festival is on for dinner from 19 to 28 March, from 7pm to 1130pm.
