Tell us about the Christmas menu ?

It's a small special menu for Christmas and New Year so all the dishes on the menu are signature dishes. If I had to pick one or two dishes from menu then I will go for  Duck Taquitos and Zucchini Blossom Quesadilla . The Guajillo Marinated Duck Taquitos have Orange sour cream guajillo pulled duck served on homemade corn tortillas, topped with pickled onions and orange sour cream. The

Zucchini Blossom Quesadilla  have zucchini blossoms with melted cheese in corn tortillas served with chipotle salsa, guacamole and sour cream.

The menu is very interesting. What are Molletes?

They are a kind of bread from Mexico. In our Christmas menu we have Pulled Habanero Smoked Turkey Molletes. So grilled torta bread, smeared with refried beans and topped with pulled Habanero Turkey,finished with sour cream drizzle and Pico.

What's the best Christmas dessert?

The all time favourite vanilla flavour Tres Leches and we plan to make the Chocolate flavour Tres Leches in our Christmas special menu.
