What are the few of your signature dishes?
Few of my favourite dishes are Steam Basa in Chinese wine and black bean sauce, hot Spiced Chicken, Stir fried chilli pork in cashew from the newly created menu from ‘Ginger Tiger’.
What inspired you to take up cooking / profession?
The passion and the love for cooking itself and the joy it brings to people faces. My mother’s cooking inspired to take cooking as a profession.
How long have you been a chef?
It is been 14 years
What has been your most memorable moment as a chef?
To know and work with different people across the world and learning about their culture and food.
Any favourite Indian dishes?
Homemade Indian food.
Why do you think there are not many woman chefs around?
Because men like us are always there to cook, serve and please them.

Working and creating menu for new brand ‘Ginger Tiger’.
