What inspired you to take up cooking?
I think there was a need inside to do so, more than anything else. Also, maybe it was destined to be. Why else would my horoscope name be ‘Dalchand?’
What has been your most memorable moment as a chef?
It has to be the moment I created Black Pepper Fettuccine.
