How long have you been a chef?
I have been a chef for 24 years
Who inspired you to take up cooking?
I was inspired by my mother's and grandmother’s home cooked food.
What are your signature dishes?
Chilean sea bass with spiced pears, crème brulee napoleon with almond studded phyllo and cinnamon
What was you recent biggest achievement as a chef?
Training two of my junior chefs who have gone on to win prestigious culinary awards.
