The noodle food festival at High Ultra Lounge features a range of noodles from all over Asia. From Myanmar, Chef Myo brings his expertise of the region that is the gateway to the rest of Southeast Asia.
Of the many types of noodles, the ones on the menu are Hakka Noodles from China, Pork and Vegetable Noodles from Singapore, Phad Thai and Bamee from Thailand, Udon from Japan, and Stir Fried Curry Rice Noodles with Shrimp are just some of the noodles from the many regions of Asia.
The Noodles Of Asia Food Festival continues until 9 October, 2016 and the menu is available only for dinner from 7 pm onwards.
