Executive Chef Kailash Gundupalli believes that the way to a person’s heart is through their stomach. Chef Gundupalli has created an exquisite menu, in his imminent style and with great attention to details. He took extra care to include recipes from the four different regions of the state – Telangana, Coastal Andhra, Uttarandhra and Rayalaseema.
The handpicked menu includes signature specialties like Garelu (lentil dumpling), Andhra Kodi Kura (mild spicy Andhra style chicken), Ulava Charu (special horse Gram broth in curry leaves and spices), Hyderabadi Biryani (pickle flavoured chicken rice), and Nellore Chapala Pulusu (fish cooked in tangy and spicy gravy). There is also a wide array of desserts including the traditional Aresulu (rice flour & jaggery dumpling), Putharekulu (a layer of rice starch sweet bread) and much more.
