Chef Sanjay Mishra has crafted a special menu with delicacies from Punjab. “Punjabi cuisine is very popular throughout India and people really look forward to having authentic flavours” Chef told Explocity.

There are many popular dishes that are available during the festival which include - Amritsari Macchi, Kesari Paneer Tikka, Kukkad da Shorba, Rajmah, Pindi Choley, Daal Amritsari, Makki ki Roti, Sarsoon ka Saag as well as some desserts such as Gajjar Ka Halwa, Kulfi etc.
