Celebrate the blessing of the year’s harvest and the season’s freshest produce with not one but two feasts at ITC Gardenia.
ITC Gardenia is hosting Thanksgiving at two of its restaurants. On November 28, the day of Thanksgiving, a traditional dinner will be served at West View, The Grill Room. The dinner will feature favourites such as cranberry and pine nut glazed turkey galantine stuffed with apricots and apple served with a cinnamon granny smith emulsion; cider soaked duck confit with pineapple and mint relish; apple glazed roast suckling pig with apple ham roulade and orange kissed Brussels sprouts and slow cooked milk-fed leg of lamb with pecan sweet potatoes and braised fall vegetables. These will be paired with select wines and signature cocktails.
Following this feast, on Sunday, December 1, Cubbon Pavilion will serve a Thanksgiving brunch. Featuring the chef’s signature recipes and an unlimited serving of premium beverages, the brunch will be a perfect end to the festive week.
The Thanksgiving dinner is priced at Rs 3000 plus taxes including select beverages. Dinner will be served 8 pm onwards. Brunch is priced at Rs 2500 plus taxes per person including sparkling wine and select beverages and Rs 3500 plus taxes per person with champagne & select beverages.
