Olive Beach is celebrating the season of giving thanks with a three-course dinner, inspired by the traditional favourites.
For starters, there is a spiced pumpkin soup with pumpkin pannacotta and whipped cheese, a salad made of dried cranberry, rucola, shaved apples, pistachio and feta, and a pumpkin gnocchi with brown butter sage and pine nuts. The mains include slow roasted turkey served with scallop sweet potato, Brussels sprout, sausage apple bread pudding and cranberry sauce; beef Wellington with mushroom duxelle, glazed carrots and jus and even a vegetarian option of roasted root vegetables and smoked mozzarella pot pie.
The dessert section also has a vast variety with pumpkin cheesecake, pumpkin seed granola, red current foam with eggnog ice cream, strawberry vacherine, mascarpone vanilla cream, ladyfingers and meringue or carrot cake with cream cheese frosting and rum raisin ice cream. Also available are petite fours pistachio and vanilla éclairs.
The dinner is priced at Rs 1700 plus taxes and includes a complimentary glass of mulled wine.
