Southindies has a special buffet meal for lunch and dinner to celebrate Ugadi, on the 8th of April 2016.
The special menu is the creation of the renowned South Indian Chef Manu Nair, who has crafted the menu after visiting many south Indian houses to recreate the authenticity of traditional Ugadi fare.
The Ugadi menu will consist of the favourites like bevu bella, Vazapoo Gareyellu, Raw banana Bhajji, Puliohara, Raw Mango Rice, Kadamba Sambar, Dodojanam, Chana Sundal , and finally round it off with the ever favourite Holigae or Poli, Jaggery Pongal and Sheerannam and many more.
The restaurant will be decorated with diyas, flower hangings, and rangoli at the entrance to signify the new year.
