Executive Chef manish sharma has prepared an exquisite menu at the Hyatt’s restaurant Lido and The Pink Poppadom. Classic Italian at Lido with dishes like Ravioli, Pan Fried Duck Breast, Baby Snapper and Baked Ricotta and Lime Cheese Cake. Modern Indian at THe Pink Poppadom like Dohra Mulligatawny Soup, Yellow Fin Tuna and Avocado Raita.
